We just had a wonderful experience here. Customer service person Steve helped us with the computer order, found us a table and delivered our order. It was fresh, tasty and delivered quickly. VERY impressed. Thankyou Steve

Always hugely busy, but McDonald's is McDonald's. A good place to stop and take a break on a long trip.

A tad full and loud at lunch, but a great place to get the classics. Humourous banter with an employee that made the day. Go! The Clown has a nice shop out there...

We go out every friday for dinner and my eldest always pick this fastfood and I always love to buy ice coffee for my drinks. Combo meal has been always our picks. So love it!

We went here for an early morning breakfast, 7:15 A.M. The place was very untidy, paper napkins on the floor in the main area, floor was sticky, not having been washed the night before. I wonder what the area where the food is cooked is like?? We will not go here again.

It's McDonald's. Expectation of fast food is that it meets the fast, hot, correct riteria and this restaurant location has typically always met those needs. McDonald's will never be a 4 or 5 for me.

This is my first and will be my only McDonald’s review. This is our choice stop over with the kids when returning from the interior. It’s the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, even when there is a bus load of hungry seniors, or a dozen thirsty leather-clad motorcyclists, or a train of voracious youngling filled minivans and F150’s in front of you (and trust me, Hope, BC in July and August gets like this). I’ve been in other McDonalds where there are only two or three orders ahead of me and I can feel myself aging while I watch one person cook, and three other staff stand and stare at the screen that shows what the cook is cooking.

The coffee was made better than the mcds we have in smithers.

The views are incredible. Food and service is as expected. But had a good experience trying the app for the first time and did i mention the views. Oh my... the views

I don't know why I keep coming here.. The convenience I guess? Having to come back because something inevitably was forgotten from my order? (how do you forget my kids' nugget sauce.. Every.. Single.. Time!!)

Everything (food+drink) was good. Nothing special, it's just a McDonald's.

Fries only half full, and super greasy as you can see from the bag. Part of the order was wrong. Skimpy on the toppings. Asked for a handful of catchup and vinagar, got sweet and sour sauce and about 5pks of catchup... for 7 orders of fries. Called to complain told to come back and they'd replace the fries that weren't full. Absolutely no refunds, I was told by manager. Spent almost $100 on slop!! Go elsewhere would be my recommendation, you'll thank me for it.

Just as any other McDonalds. Some days there fast and some slow. the food is always hot though. A good place to stop and rest as well take in the view of the mountains.

Takes way too long n food is cold the old way in the early nineties was faster better fresher n tastier now it sucks

At the time service was great and the coffee good.

Really wish they would switch back to lard in the deep fryers (better for you than veg short.. Look it up) plus way too much packaging

Very good McDonald's. I walked in just after a bus load of rugby players had ordered. There was a very long list of order numbers on the orders in process screen. I was impressed how quickly and orderly they handled all the orders. Throughout they were friendly and hard working

Always check your bag they forgot an order of hot cakes from mine and last visit it was two of my hashbrowns

I have been to this McDonald's a few times. It is off the main highway that runs North, but it is not too far off the road that you can't quickly get a coffee while on the road such as I have.I have stopped in here a few times for a sit down meal both with my family and myself. The service is great and the washrooms are clean. Like many small towns, if you go early, expect to be greeted by many seniors out for a morning coffee and chat.

It's McDonald's. They have food that's usually fast and normally edible. I only stop here for a quick last minute bite when everything else is closed or busy. The WiFi is normally pretty good and hey at least it's free. Why are the fries so expensive anyway? I mean a mcdouble is cheaper and it has meat in it‽

Staff was great this morning. Eerie in the "dining room". Seriously weird

The cashier the older gent was pushy and rude because I forgot to omit pickles. The store by Walmart.

We stopped on the Way from Oliver to Pitt Meadows. The washrooms were fine. We ordered coffe, tea,and 2 sundaes. The preparation was slow, it took a long time. But the food and beverages were fine. We ate outside, the restaurant was cold. Price was great as always.

It's McDonald. So I am eating it as miraculously we drove through the drive through last 3 times and they didn't mess up our order at all. GREAT JOB !!!!

This is always a scheduled stop from the lower mainland to the Interior. It's always busy, but the line moves reasonably quickly. If you have a large truck or hauling a trailer behind your car, there's usually spots around the outside of the restaurant to pull into. The washrooms are usually well maintained, the seating is ample, and the staff is friendly. It's under renovations, so I'm excited to see what it will look like next time I pass through!

Everything you'd expect from a McDonald's but it literally has the worst parking lot and drive-thru layout of any fast-food place we've been to. No other way to describe it other than complete chaos. Granted, it was very busy when we visited so if you go there at peak times prepare to park somewhere on the adjacent street and have a short walk. Keep an eye out for all of the vehicles though!

It was busy, but meal came fast and was hot and correct, well done Team McDonalds!!

Unlike every other McDonalds I stop at they would not do a small hot chocolate with a kids Happy Meal. And to do it they were going to charge me over $3 more. Dont know why it is so hard to do when every other McDonalds I stop at can do this.

Grabbed a coffee on the way through, The coffee is great, you wouldnt have heard me say that in years gone by. They decided to be in the coffee business, and it is consistently good.

I understand that this is a very busy location, so that is inportant to bear in mind. However, the order was quite slow, and was delivered to us incorrectly. I appreciate that mobile orders probably fall lower on the priority list, as you cannot actually see the customer. Nor does a delay to a mobile order hold back an entire Drive Thru line. That said, I would appreciate that once I do receive my order, 15 minutes later, at least get it right. Or stick around long enough to verify. Ketchup and napkins would have been nice too.

McDonald's was clean, washrooms were immaculate. Food was great

Manager walked around to ask us how our meals were. Not something I've ever experienced at a fast food chain but very charming to be asked. Great customer service at this location!

Other than the fast food not being exactly fast, they do a nice job at this McDonald's.

This McDonald’s is amazing! The food was hot and fresh. The staff were super helpful and were always looking out for when a high chair became available for our little one. We definitely will be back.

This McDonald's in Hope has excellent service that I haven't seen before at McDonald's, more employees than usual keeping the restaurant clean and helping customers if they need it. We were sitting in the outside seating area and a employee came out and asked us how our meal was.Keep up the excellent service Hope McDonald's.

Probably the most beautiful location for a McDonald's anywhere in the world. At the foot of the mountains. And the staff is friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. My Jr. Chicken was hot!!

In a rush time for lunch at a Saturday in summer 2018 they performed fast and good quality. Spacious inside and 10 patio table outside.

Senior coffee cheap and the food was good

24 hours is taped over on some signs, we arrived at 11:57pm on our long trip expecting a highway town to have an open food place. They set up the cones early to close the drive through and locked the doors.

Your typical road trip stop location, visited by tourists and locals alike. Upgraded McDonald's, offering the latest of the company's menu. Staff looks like what one would expect from a burger joint: kids in their teens, managers in their early 20's. Wait can be a bit longer than usual, due to the fact that this location seems to be the "it" destination in Hope where several highways intercept.I have to admit that I am somewhat over McDonald's. So, when I ordered my quarter pound burger, I found it less appealing but rather dry and boring in taste and presentation. The satisfaction of the food also didn't last too long. This is a company issue, not related solely to the location.

I've been to alot of McD's...This is one of the cleanest and very friendly...Service counter and Table service...Close to Hiway east and west ...Outside seating..and the views from this town are get your coffee and walk...you will thank me..Your in the Canadian Rockies...EnjoyBlessJim

Usually really impressed with their customer service and freshness of food. NOT THE CASE TONIGHT!! 👎👎Not only was the food unpleasantly cold and unappetizingly old. 🤢🤮 Wanting to charge for a cup of HOT WATER to heat up a baby bottle is, BLOODY RIDICULOUS!! 🤬🖕 Not sorry to say, I will be spending my money elsewhere when traveling to the Lower Mainland.

High volume place near the Hiway. Food stuffed in box and served. Still good but you have to fix it to eat.

This location just charged me $0.25 + tax for hot water, which I’m using to heat up a bottle of formular for my 11mo daughter. We’re not even consuming the water... I’m told it’s at the discretion of the owner. I’m quite offended by this practice. 😠
